Red WiFi update

Hi All,
Just a quick update
1. If you were previously on the NBN with Red WiFi, your transition to the new carrier has been relatively smooth.
2. If you were with ADSL with Red WiFi, this transition to the new provider has been a little bumpy – We have come across an issue we are working through as quickly as we can.
3. If you were with ADSL with Red WiFi and are in an area where NBN is available, you cannot have ADSL and will need to move over to the NBN. Again, we are working through this as best as we can.
Like you, we would feel lost with no internet for a time, so we do share your frustration (thankfully only a few are affected by this), we are doing everything possible to have you services up & running as quickly as possible.
Jordi

Red WiFi

We are more than happy to assist all Red WiFi customers (& others of course)
Please call 1300 881 508 or email your latest Red WiFi invoice to info@commsearch.com.au and a member of our team will be in touch next business day.
We understand the degree of urgency and are in negotiations with carriers for special deals for ADSL / NBN services as I type this. Updates will be made via our Facebook page. (Like the page to receive updates)
We also deal with mobile (Telstra / Optus / Vodafone), landline and IP voice services too.
While we introduce you to a carrier, we remain your account manager. We take care of our customers like family.

Connect to NBN?

# 1 – Once NBN is sparked up in an area, there is a limited time (12-18 month so) available to jump on board before the old copper network gets taken away.
# 2 – it is always better to jump on the NBN rather than be pushed into making panic decisions by leaving it too late.
Act NOW – call CommSearch 1300 881 508

UPGRADE FTTN TO FTTP

DID YOU KNOW?
UPGRADE FTTN TO FTTP
Yes this can be done. But a customer must go directly to NBN for a quote. The quote itself costs $660, we have heard of instances where this upgrade has cost in the vicinity of $8,000. This can only be applied for if a customer owns their building.

Amazing pricing strategy

Wow, this is an amazing pricing strategy from Amaysim’s subsidiary, Vaya. It’s about time someone made the mobile data market in Australia competitive when it comes to pricing.

Within the article, there is a price comparison on how their pricing ranks against the big market leaders. See how your carrier compares!

Amaysim subsidiary Vaya has slashed the price of its data-only mobile plans, setting a new bottom price for the increasingly competitive market.

The company is now offering data-only plans for tablets and laptops, at $15 per month for 5GB, $35 for 15GB, $55 for 50GB and $65 for 70GB.

With 70GB of data, you’d be able to watch an episode of your favourite Netflix show in high definition every day for the whole month.

All four new plans do not require contract commitments and can be cancelled month-to-month without penalty.
